Overview

GoldMindy is designed with privacy as a core principle. All captured data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that collect or process your personal information.

Data We Collect

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

• Captured text cards and their metadata (source URL, timestamp)
• Your custom prompt hooks
• Your language preference
• Your Groq API key (stored locally, never transmitted to GoldMindy)
• Your Notion integration key and database ID (stored locally)
• Your Pro license key

When you voluntarily participate in the Review Reward program, GoldMindy collects your email address via Google Forms solely to deliver your reward code.

How We Use Your Data

All data stored on your device is used solely to provide GoldMindy's features:

• Captured text cards: Displayed and organized within the extension
• Groq API key: Used to call Groq's API for AI refinement features, at your explicit request
• Notion integration key and database ID: Used to archive cards to your Notion workspace, at your explicit request
• Pro license key: Used to verify your Pro subscription status via LemonSqueezy's API
